The cutting process is executed by a laser directly on the embroidery machine.
We can cut most of synthetic or artificial fabrics (nylon rayon velvet, nylon laces, polyester taffetas, polyester organza, …).
We first produce flocks and glitters manually on tables. Then we take the fabrics and do the embroidery on top of it.
Most of our embroidered fabrics can be laminated with single color films or multicolor films based on a wide color card.
Special embroidery technic.
The thick yarns are applied on the fabrics by a zigzag stitch (we use cord yarns, metallic yarns, chenille yarns, …).
The embroidery is done on a special material that will be dissolved.
Special technic made of holes.
We can do this technic on many different materials.

COTTON TULLE MADE IN FRANCE
Bobbinet tulle made on looms from 1880’s has the honeycomb structure. We offer various thickness and width from 140 cm up to 900 cm.
